  I am always very nervous and refuse to get any fillers done unless it by a plastic surgeon. I experienced some pain (due to my own body healing from a procedure ) I was so nervous. It's only been a few hours and I can't get over what a great experience I had!!! Not only with her but with her staff as well. They were knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable. Its only been a few hours, However, I can't stop looking at my lips and think these are my best results yet ! Highly recommend 👌

  Alaa is so knowledgeable and such a sweetheart she helped ease my anxiety so much. It was extremely helpful It was my first time getting my lips done honestly I’ll never go any where else! The service that was given was top tier! I’m not sure the medical assistants name it started with a S she so nice and welcoming from the moment I stepped through the door to leaving. She made sure I was numb and comfortable. If you’re thinking about coming here don’t hesitate! You won’t regret it!

  I would 100% recommend going to Royal Aesthetics. I’ve been going to Alaa since 2021, she’s literally the only injector I trust touching my face. She’s amazing, super professional & very skilled at what she does! She is very informative during your appointment and answers any questions you may have. The environment is also very clean and the aesthetic is so beautiful. I can guarantee you won’t regret choosing Royal Aesthetics!

  I’ve been going to Alaa at Royal Aesthetics since the very beginning and I’ve always had the best experience. She made me feel so comfortable my first time and I quickly became addicted to her work. I would never go anywhere else and I highly recommend Royal Aesthetics to everyone. I get compliments all the time on my lips thanks to her work!

  Royal aesthetics is one of the best med spas I have been to. The injector, Alaa, really takes her time and makes sure you look perfect! She is honest and I trust her opinion. I love my lips, Botox and cheeks done by her, she’s the only person I trust on my face
