  Roy was always there to answer any of our questions we had about the properties we were intested in. He was always patient and thorough and knew alot about the houses he was showing. He really did help my husband and I navigate through different home choices and helped us make a decision to buy an amazing house that we can now call home!

  Roy is a true professional and is dedicated to his clients who become his friends as well, you cant really say that about everyone in a business sense.

  Roy went over and beyond what was expected of a realtor. He held both my husband's hand and my hand throughout our house selling process. It was like having a friend on the "inside" that is working for you. His professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics were much appreciated and respected. He is detail oriented and excellent with people. Roy was extremely helpful, transparent, and reliable through the entire process plus extremely communicative and always available to answer any of our questions at all times. He also took extra steps many other realtors don't, like having a pro come over and give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and more. He is straightforward and doesn't play games. Roy always listened and his calming manner worked wonders for us. As a negotiator we found him to be excellent with a very personalized touch. He kept us apprised about all people coming for appointments to see our home. Roy really cared about us as clients as well as the community and neighborhood he lives in. There is no one else who will be there for you like Roy Arbeit. He is truly the best!

  I absolutely loved working with Roy! Roy Arbeit was extremely patient with me. I thought that I was ready to purchase a home many times in 2019 and felt that I wasted Roys time each time. He always supported me through it, was patient, and kind. He isn't like other agents who harass and call you non-stop. I love that about him. He makes himself available, when he can, and answered all questions that were presented to him. When looking for a lawyer and bank for the mortgage loan process he was ready to provide referrals, who were just as professional as he was. I am a first time home buyer and Roy helped make it as seamless as he possibly could, I would highly recommend his services.

  If I could give Roy 100+ stars I would! Roy was an excellent choice for me as a first time home buyer! He was great from start to finish! He is super knowledgeable about every aspect of buying a home.
  From the start, Roy was SUPER patient with me! I described what I was looking for and what my price range was, and he then only showed me relevant homes using the credentials I provided. He was relentless in showing me homes, as he wanted me to purchase a home I truly loved! He was there for me throughout the whole entire process and spent countless hours on the phone with me and my husband. I would recommend him to anyone. In fact, he is helping us find a home for my mother in law now! Thank you Roy!
