Recommend Hands Down. I'm a first time homeowner and the process was easier than I had ever imagined. Nicholas was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was quick to respond, thorough in his explanations, and really had our best interest at heart. Nicholas is very knowledgeable and showed us various styles of houses so that we could figure out what we wanted. He responded promptly when we wanted to see houses and set up our appointments in a timely manner. Let me say that I am currently a homeowner in this tough market because of his skill set. Great Job by Ivan! From the get-go Ivan was amazing in our transaction. He wanted to act quickly in order to have our property out in the market. In a matter of a week, we had some minor sprucing up done, photos taken and a great blurb on the ROVI website advertising our property. He hit the ground running with having two (2) days of an open house the day after we went live!!! Well. In those two days, we received 13 offers!!! Kate is very professional and very helpful. I had been looking for house for almost one year, Kate has been very patient and professional throughout the process.
