  I made an appointment at Route 516 Animal Hospital for my dog to have hip and elbow xrays with Dr Cummings for breeding/show purposes at the recommendation of several friends. After a 1 hour drive they did not disappoint me. Dr Cummings did excellent job with xray positioning. I am not a regular client but the staff and doctor could not have treated me or my dog any better. Prices were reasonable and there was very little waiting although being a vet hospital waiting is unpredictable due to emergencies, etc like any doctors office. If I lived closer they would become my regular vets and I would not hesitate recommending them.

  Always know that our dog will always be treated well here.
  As soon as you walk in Rachel and Lori greet you with warm and friendly smile & hello to you & your pet. I feel very comfortable & at ease knowing our dog is going be ok.
  Highly recommend this place.

  Best staff... everyone is SO professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly! They treat my animals how they would treat their own. I am forever grateful I found such an amazing vet for my animals. Dr. Cohen, reception staff, and all the vet techs have made finding a new vet the best experience! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ANIMAL HOSPITAL! 10 stars!!!!

  Thank you Dr. Aguilar for your kindness and wealth of information. Rt 516 Animal hospital helped us with end of life care for our schnauzer of 16 plus years with such compassion. We look forward to bringing our rescue “Ike” for many years to come.

  I always leave this vet feeling reassured and taken care of. With a dog that has his fair share of health issues, I feel like he is always taken care and every vet he has seen always goes the extra steps to make sure he is getting the best care he needs. I never have to worry about him not getting the best treatment when he’s there because we’ve been going for years and I’ve always left extremely happy with the care he’s gotten. We most recently saw Dr Aguilar and she was so thorough and patient with all my questions. Best of the best!!
