  From the beginning of my legal battle, Marc Rosenberg and his Staff have been with me every step of the way. Mr. Rosenberg conducts a thorough interview to find out what injustice has been done. He probes to get any details normally missed due to the overwhelming events of the situation. He and his staff will make sure you have specific guidance on what you need to do to further your case (i.e. setting up doctors’ visits if needed, instructing you on how to do mental exercises to see how the situation affected you, and structuring your thoughts to recreate the incident for better recall when needed).
  
  Marc Rosenberg and his Staff keep in contact with you on a regular basis so you are informed of what is going on and when you will need to do to the next step of the process. Mr. Rosenberg will ask for your opinion and suggestions so no stone is left unturned. After all, it is a team effort to right this wrong.
  
  When it comes time to go to a Deposition or Court, Marc Rosenberg and his Staff will review all prior discussions and events to make sure nothing was missed. This way you have all of the relevant pieces of your case available for recall. Sometimes the process goes on for a bit and you don’t remember what you said or what you felt in the initial days after the event. The goal is to bring you back to the time of the incident so you remember what happened and how this event affected your life for the short and long term.
  
  When it comes time to settle the case, Marc Rosenberg and his Staff will lay out all the options so you make the best decision to benefit YOU. There is no twisting of arms or manipulating of facts so the Firm reaps all the rewards. In the end, you feel represented and knowing that the staff had your best interests at heart.

  Mammuth & Rosenberg has been the first place I call for over a decade anytime I need legal advice. If it’s not in their field they have directed me and followed up to make sure I’ve been taken care of. When I or family or friends have needed representation, I’ve always recommended them and they have always given 110%.
