(April 18, 2023, 10:42 am)I want to take a few minutes to thank Marc Snyder for his representation on my long-term disability (LTD) claim. Before going out on disability, I was employed as a vice president for a large insurance company. Since my treating physicians supported my claim, I thought the LTD process was going to be uneventful. The disability insurer denied my claim. I feel fortunate that I found Marc. Marc is a passionate person first and attorney second. He has tremendous knowledge about LTD claim process and he guided me through various aspects with informative, and supportive facts. Marc is very responsive to phone calls, and emails (usually within 2 – 3 business days). We were able to get a favorable result through settlement. If you are looking for a LTD lawyer, I can honestly recommend Marc Snyder and the law firm of Rosen Moss Snyder!

(December 13, 2022, 8:54 pm)Marc Snyder was our attorney for handling of my disability case. We approached him after interviewing a few other disability attorneys. Marc was outstanding, in all aspects of representing my case to the insurance companies.
He took the time to understand what we've gone through, spent time getting to know our daily lives, limitations, where we were in the course of disease, definitions/ specification in the contracts, and was able to then work with the insurance companies, not against them. He sees the relationship between an attorney and insurance agent as a partnership, both working in the best interest of the client.
Marc has what it takes: knowledge and compassion and one who's humility is embedded in his persona. If you have a disability, and need an attorney to assist with your contracts, I would open up talks with esq Snyder in a moment's time! -

(November 28, 2022, 2:36 pm)I was referred to Marc Snyder at RMS to handle my disability claim and couldn't be happier with the results. Marc took the time to understand the situation as well as explain the process.
I found Marc extremely knowledgeable, caring and efficient throughout the process. I was particularity impressed with the fact that when calling, either him or the firm, a person answered. So many organizations have lost that personal touch and rely on voice messages rather than speaking to clients. To me this demonstrated the care this firm has for those it represents. -

I am a physician and never anticipated I would become disabled prior to retiring, but thankfully I was referred to Marc. He made the entire process as easy as I could hope for. Nobody ever expects to become unable to perform the profession they spent years training for, but it happens. Marc and his firm are the best!!!!!

He answered phone calls and emails promptly. He has an incredible working knowledge of the legal disability process, as well as a vast understanding of what it is to suffer from chronic illnesses.
