  My husband and I were completely ill prepared driving into the Catskills right as a snow storm hit. Our Camry simply couldn’t make it any further and we had to find somewhere to stop. Omg - how lucky were we that the Rosehaven was the closest option. Kelly and Sean were so accommodating (even as we woke them up and called back several times for help with directions as we navigated through the snow). A true haven for us on a bad evening. Such a beautiful place, breakfast was delicious, and Sean even dug our car out from the snow and helped us get out of the driveway. We were sad to leave in the morning to head onto the accommodation we had actually booked. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you again!

  Fantastic experience. My wife and I stayed here in October 2022 at the peak of Autumn colors. Sean provided helpful guidance for the local park trails. Kelly was an excellent host and made a delicious breakfast each morning. The room we stayed in was perfect— great view, gas fireplace, and comfortable amenities. The best bed and breakfast experience we have ever had! Hopefully we can go back one day.

  We've stayed at B&Bs all over the country --- but Rosehaven Inn is at the top. Extraordinary house, clean, beautiful, with very nice views of the Catskills from the back porch. Kelly is a wonderful innkeeper: kind, knowledgeable, professional and prepares a great breakfast.
  
  We were up from Atlanta and stayed in Room #1 and would highly recommend. If we go back to the area, we're staying nowhere else.

  Stayed here for a couple nights with a friend and it was amazing! Really wish we could've extended our stay. The home and hosts were beautiful and welcoming. The bed was perfectly firm and so comfortable and there were plenty of pillows, too! We each enjoyed soaking in the jacuzzi tub after hiking nearby at Kaaterskill Falls which was gorgeous and worth the trip. The property is quite lovely and we had fun exploring it as well. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast Kelly provided, and it was lovely to enjoy coffee on the porch or balcony surrounded by the trees. Definitely hope to stay there again!

  I discovered Rosehaven B&B while doing an online search for a B&B in the Catskills. Innkeepers Kelly and Sean have restored this beautiful Victorian to perfection. Welcoming & hospitable.. they are wonderful hosts. The rooms and furnishings at Rosehaven are immaculate, with great attention paid to details and the comfort of their guests. The property is peaceful, private and easily accessible. The home has a 360-degree wrap'around porch surrounding by green. Kelly's breakfasts are scrumptious and served with fresh fruit and locally produced maple syrup in a lovely, beautifully appointed dining room. Everything about our stay there was perfect!
