She not only takes the time to listen to you and understand what you want out of a haircut, but also takes time to communicate what her vision is and make sure you're satisfied. Kim the owner/stylist is very knowledgeable and the general vibe of the salon is calming. Not only did she give me a great cut (I did a big chop) but also suggested products focusing on my hair health!

Excellent communication and she took great care to ensure I loved my haircut. She was very friendly and welcoming and I highly recommend her!

She understands all types of hair and its potential.Very trustworthy and will give you her honest professional opinions on treatments, products, colors, cuts/styles. The salon is absolutely beautiful, clean and the interior design creates such has a zen atmosphere. Highly recommend Roots Radicals!!!
