We had a large leak on our first floor and Everest was able to come the same day and we we’re so glad to have found Rooter Experts and Drain cleaning . Everest is responsive (via text/call) and very knowledgeable , and very reasonable prices. Its clear he cares about getting the job done right rather than up charging. Will recommend to our family and friends and use them again !

(June 17, 2022, 11:00 am)Everest was fantastic. I called late on a Thursday evening and he picked up immediately and came the next morning. He was great about communicating exactly what time he would reach our home which is not common - many times we have had other companies give a four hour window and not even show up. He was professional and knowledgeable. We had another plumber come before him to try and fix our drain and they spent two hours, were unsuccessful in clearing the drain and still charged us the fee. He was able to take care of everything within an hour and is very reasonable with pricing as well giving an estimate prior to the work so there are no surprises. Highly recommend and will use again in the future!

(June 14, 2022, 8:16 pm)Called Everest after had water coming and couldn’t figure out from where. We had another plumber that said it was the toilet, so we replaced the wax seal and it didn’t work. Water still traveled under our new vinyl floors . I was so desperate that I called a few random plumbers and not liking any of them, it’s their attitude!. Everst was my third call and right away his voice and the tone made me feel like he was decent and kind. He heard my stress and said he will be there at 30 min! And he was! It was the end of the day, 6:30pm and I am so grateful to him. He said the problem was the tile, we needed to re grout and we should be ok! The drain and the pipes are good! That was excellent to hear, and hopefully, that would be the case. Will definitely use him to all of my project. Good plumber it’s so hard to find!

Everest responded very quickly and on time for our appointment, he explains very well the work needed and my basement was cleaned after the job was done. It’s like nothing happened. If you are looking for a decent and honest people, just call them and ask for Mr. EVEREST. Unlike the other companies I called who asked me to pay $100-150 only for a visit and estimate!!!
Very honestly, Mr. Everest was the most polite and professional plumber I had dealt with in this recent incident! I scheduled an appointment with him, he showed up on time, provided me with estimate cost for “FREE” after finding out what is the problem. I agreed with him on the price, the problem was solved within an hour and my family NIGHTMARE was over.
Therefore, I highly recommend this company with this professional and expert technician Mr. Everest.
