  There was a pretty serious hail storm in my area in May. I had no idea that the damage was serious, but Jonathan was able to quickly identify the issues and get the ball rolling on getting my roof replaced. He was very knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful. He worked with the insurance company to get the damage appraised, and with the mortgage company to make sure the work was going ahead to their standards. The whole roof was done in one long day, and my wife and I were barely inconvenienced. When little things came up he was always quick to solve it. Overall, I would recommend RRSA to anyone in a similar situation because it was a very painless process.

  Bobby was the one who first alerted us to hail damage and worked quickly with our insurance co and mortgage co to facilitate payment. He answered many questions promptly and accurately. Delivery and roof work were done when Bobby said they’d be done. The roof gutters and downspouts have weathered downpours with no leaks. We highly recommend him Tierra and their team !

  We were very impressed with the workmanship and professionalism of RRSA. Bobby and crew did an outstanding job replacing our roof and we would highly recommend. They were super easy to work with and they were very responsive. Our new roof looks great! Thank you!

  With the many restoration companies offering to assist homeowners from hail/storm damage from the storm in May 2018, I'm more than satisfied I chose RRSA to assist me and my precious home. Courteous and caring staff. Any question I either called or emailed to staff was answered within 10 minutes. And what a joy having RRSA deal with my insurance company directly. I didn't have to do anything but watch my home turn from so much damage into a new look with a roof done in one day, power washing and new paint. It looks brand new and feel so proud of my house now. Amazed at how quickly this company's employees worked, especially the hot, humid days that was an unbearable situation to work in, but they just kept on. Special thanks to Bobby and Tierra for the professional, caring people they are. And painter Marcello and staff. Thank you all so much. I love my home now!
