  Locked my keys in my car on the hottest day of the year, called Ron and Sons after I was referred by a friend. Calling them was quick and easy. Anthony came out shortly after and unlocked my car with quickness. I’ll call Ron and sons every time

  Could not have been happier with their service, they moved a wooden boat frame for me, not the usual thing, but Billy was very competent. You would have thought he did it daily. Let's not forget about his courteous manners and his punctuality.

  My alternator and battery went on my car while I was an hour away from home at my grandson’s birthday today. I contacted AAA Northeast Roadside Service and Zach of Ron & Sons Towing arrived promptly. He was very polite, helpful, knowledgeable, professional, kind and accommodating. Being super stressed, it was such a pleasure to deal with someone who took his time and tried many options and entertained my questions and concerns. He was so apologetic for my unfortunate situation. Once he determined it was the alternator and battery and that he could not just jump start it, I had to contact AAA again to get a tow truck. Matt with Ron & Sons called me and explained he would be there shortly and he came back out immediately with a tow truck. He was patient and kind and just as wonderful as Zach. I have to say this company definitely has high quality employees and I am impressed and overwhelmed at how amazing the service was and how wonderful these young men were. Excellent job!!!!!!!

  For the past couple years Ron and Sons has assisted me through AAA.
  Not only are the fast, knowledgeable and efficient but they're kind and professional. They always get to me fast, meet me with a smile and get the job done!
  Never thought I'd have such a great interaction with tow truck service folk but I really am grateful for how they make a difference in my life and the community!

  The AAA app was very convenient, easy to understand, clear with directions, and prompt with updates. Bryan, the tow trucker driver from Ron & Sons, was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and an expert at his job. All in all, it was a great experience and I am very thankful for the excellent service that Ron & Sons provided. During a very stressful time for us, AAA and Ron & Sons made things very easy and stress-free. We thank them both for their top notch professionalism and expertise.
