  I’ve been going to Dr. Romashova for over 12 years now and highly recommend her as a primary care doctor. She provides a thorough examination each time you see her and spends as much time as she needs with each patient. She is patient, caring, and very knowledgeable.

  I moved to the Island and I choose dr Romashova right away. From my personal experience, prior, I was working in cardiology office in Brooklyn and we saw Dr Romashova patients and what I noticed, that all patients had proper referrals, recent blood work, other tests, and whenever you call their office to get paperwork faxed when the patient is by our office, they faxing it asap. And also after visits, dr Romashova office Always will call to follow up on their patients the same day and to get the results sent to them. That means they care and organized. My visit to dr Romashova was excellent, I did wait maybe around 20 min to see her, front desk and medical assistants was great and really accommodating. Dr Romashova is straight to the point! What I appreciate in doctors. She listen to all my concerns, gave me referrals and explained to me where we going and general care plan. I am glad I did a right choice.

  I have been seeing this doctor for years and I like her very much! She is definitely very thorough, attentive and always compassionate. You do not feel like another conveyor item in her office, you feel like a person who is treated like a human patient, with care. The office staff is always friendly and responsive. Frequently there are long wait times, especially if you come on the weekends, evenings, during flu season and other times when there is a large influx of patients. It is a one doctor practice, so she is doing the best she can! However, if you schedule an appointment in advance, try to schedule first thing in the morning and you will not wait very long. If you got sick and need an unscheduled visit, you may call them and ask when they are not overly busy and can squeeze you in without a very long wait. While I did couple of times wait for 2 hours, most of the times, I am in and out of there in less than an hour. I highly recommend this doctor. If you are the kind of person who is always on the run and need fast paced office, where you can be in and out in 15 minutes, look for a physician who allots 5 minutes per patient and does not take their time to truly listen.
