  I took my 5 year old son here for the first time and he absolutely loved it. Everyone was so nice. My son was a little nervous to get on the pony but Jackie and the workers worked great with him to overcome his fear. I will be returning for more pony rides and trail rides.

  I have rode with Jackie multiple times. She is great at evaluating skill levels and ensuring everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience. The horses are very well trained and cared for.
  
  After reading the negative reviews, you have to understand that these are live animals, and require specific commands/movements to ensure a safe experience. You will have a great time, but realize this activity requires you to actively control your horse, who is capable of accommodating beginner to highly advanced riders.

  I have never been on a horse before and Jackie trained me and my friends how to ride. These horses are so beautiful! She was so friendly and patient! It was one of the best birthday gifts I have received from my friends!!!!

  My daughter has been going to Rollin Jaxx about a year and a half now. Initially, she was uncertain of how to ride. She is now 13 years old, confident, and extremely knowledgeable about caring for horses and riding. Jackie owns and runs the barn by herself and does a great job. Jackie has taken my daughter under her wing, and treats her like her own child. My daughter has incredible respect and admiration for Jackie. I have seen Jackie do the same for other young adults and children who also go there. My daughter has built friendships and has a bond with the horses. She will be going there for years to come. One of the many things we really appreciate is that safety is a priority at Rollin Jaxx. Jackie will put fun aside to ensure the safety of everyone and the horses. I know my daughter is in good hands and safe when she's there. We greatly appreciate Jackie's kindness as well as her dedication to her work with the children and horses.

  My husband and I went horseback riding this past weekend. It was the best experience we ever had. Jackie was excellent and very patient with everyone. The horses are gentle giants and well behave. I can’t wait to go back🥰
