  We reached out to Roland to redo our roof and siding. His quote was competitively priced and he was courteous, responsive, and thorough. Of the 4 contractors we got estimates from Roland was the only one that actually went on the roof to inspect it. The other 3 took a look from the ground and were adamant it did not need replacing (we knew it did).
  
  So far Roland has replaced the roof on our house. The workers were diligent and finished the job in a few days. Even on such a short job Roland came by a few times to see how everything was progressing and see if there was anything else that may need attention. The flashing on our chimney needed replacing and was done by Roland just a few days later. We're very happy with the results.
  
  We're still waiting for the siding and I'll update this review once that is done.

  Had Roland's out to do both roof repairs and some work on my deck. Totally satisfied! Great company. Roland is professional and courteous. Great company to do business with. We will use them again.

  We had Rolands do our roof. They did an amazing job. Looks great, they did a complete tear down and new roof in one day. They were professional, and did an amazing job cleaning up when done. Highly recommend Rolands.

  Very impressed with the quality of work. We wanted to upgrade our master bath without breaking the bank. Thankfully, Roland got the job done! I have already recommended Roland’s to two family members looking to get projects done.

  Great communication and very respectful. Roland took his time to understand exactly what I had envisioned for my master bath. I love the way it turned out. True high quality craftsmanship.I would not hesitate to contact and hire Roland's Home Improvement again in the future.
