I dropped my car off on a Wednesday to have a few suspension components put in. Got it back Friday which is a great turnaround time for a garage.
I've been to several shops throughout town and almost every single place either tries to upsell me on services I never requested, perform part swaps without my authorization, or charge astronomical amounts of money for work that I could have done myself (in most cases).
Luckily, rolandos DIDN'T do that.
Now, I'm the type of person to only give shops one chance. If they don't meet my expectations, I don't return ever again.
The only other place that's earned my trust has been sears, but they cost considerably more.
Props to everyone at rolandos for being an honest bunch that does good work in a short time frame.
I only wish they accepted card, as when I was there, they were only accepting cash and I've never been a fan of carrying cash on my person.
Besides that, he really needs to get a sign or something.
