  Been here a couple times with the gf. It's a Tivoli gem and a lovely date night spot.
  
  Great food and tapas is always fun for getting to try and share a little taste of everything. Overall the restaurant has a real pleasant, welcoming vibe and a charming staff.
  
  We especially love the lamb chops, artichoke stuffed mushrooms, definitely try the octopus, and the ensalada esencial. But have yet to be disappointed with any of the 10-ish dishes we've had at this spot.
  
  Very good wine selection, too. Had an excellent reisling there the first time, and some delicious sangria paired perfectly with a late spring evening more recently.
  
  I recommend this place highly.

  This place is a gem in a cute town. Affordable and tasty, and the owners are nice to chat with. Get the lamb chops!

  Took a weekend getaway from NYC with my GF and we were so lucky to find this spot. The food was so delicious. Stuffed peppers, patatas bravas, flank steak, etc were all to die for. The owners were so welcoming and lovely to talk to. Will definitely be returning when we find ourselves in the area again.

  So glad we came here. This tapas restaurant was a very good choice. The food is delicious, the staff is helpful and pleasant, the ambience is wonderful. We had the lamb chops, the Steak strips, the empanadas, the shrimp, and a few more different bites, which were all impeccable. I highly recommend this place.

  Hidden Gem ... and some of the most beautiful outdoor dining in the Hudson Valley!
  
  We have long been going to Rojo and always like the warm and friendly atmosphere, the reliably good food and wonderful wine list! Now, Rojo has taken itself to a whole new level by creating a wonderful, serene and calm outdoor space! Once seated and indulging in all the delicacies you just want to stay and wish for the evening never to be over!
