  I just picked up my bike from Rockwell but riding it home was second to the unmatched service I got from Steve at Rockwell Cycles. Unfortunately when I placed my order for a base Multi V2 it was it just made unavaiable for the US. This was no fault of Rockwell at all, however, Steve went above and beyond and got me on a Multi V2S and I am beyond thrilled. Steve stayed in constant communication and never once tried to pass the buck when it wasn't even their fault to begin with. Their customer service truly turned into customer satisfaction! Other dealers can learn a lot from the team at Rockwell Cycles!

  Came here randomly on Saturday for an inspection and thought to ask if they'd install some parts on my Triumph.
  
  They said yes, held the parts for me, and agreed to "squeeze me in" the following week.
  
  Come the day - got me in, got the work done, tech asked me to come into the workspace to verify placement, got me out.
  
  On the Saturday, and again on day of, took the time to listen to the shop.
  
  Everyone in a pleasant mood. Cooperation between the techs, clean workspaces, consistently pleasant interactions with customers (in person and on the phone), willingness to deliver bad news honestly, genuine enthusiasm for the brand, and for motorcycles in general.
  
  Not sure how I've missed Rockwell in the past, but I can't recommend them highly enough.

  Thank you & love you all at Rockwell cycles-Nick, Marian for your years of dedication & love for the sport!! Nicole for running the service dept & making sure all our parts are in-Ed for the efficacy in how you handle the sales dept & Bob-for working on our bikes & being Rockwell’s Best Tech. These guys are family to me. I would not have bought my bikes (2020 Monster 821 and the 1st sold 2021 Supersport 950 S from your dealer) or have them serviced anywhere else 😘

  Couldn’t be more happy with the service and experience from the folks at Rockwell. I was looking for a Ducati, and while there are several dealers in the area, The folks at Rockwell were incredibly friendly and eager to help with any questions or requests that I had. I worked with Edwin and Nicole to put together exactly what I want, and even hold on to the bike for me until spring.
  
  Couldn’t recommend the team over at Rockwell enough, and can’t wait to pick up my Duc in a few weeks when the weather clears up!
  
  Update: I picked up the bike a few weeks ago and wanted to update my review to include a huge thanks to the service team for customizing my bike. The work they did was incredible. Everything looks and sounds amazing, and Nicole sent pictures the entire time to keep me updated, which was just another level of awesome. It was also great to know that they’ve got experienced Ducati Mechanics putting on these parts to factory Spec, as opposed to me hoping I set a torque wrench properly and stripping a few bolts...
  
  I’ve been able to put a few hundred miles on the bike and it is just an amazing machine, and experience.
  
  Thanks to the entire team.
