They are fantastic to deal with they are extremely helpful they have walked me through procedures over the phone they also go above and beyond with their customer service. (July 4, 2023, 10:49 am)I just bought a new Husqvarna Zeo-turn mower any assistance that they gave me in purchasing it was five star. I’ve gone there for all of my power equipment needs for years and they always seem to be able to help me with parts for my off-brand old Toro equipment, and if they don’t have the part, they can tell me where to get it and give me assistance in working on it They don’t treat you like it’s a one-time deal. They treat you like they want you to come back as a loyal customer over and over again. I’m glad I bought my new more there and not at some box store because the price is the same and you get that personalised service.

I'm transitioning from gas to electric equipment and the staff are knowledgeable, honest and really helpful. I strongly recommend them as an alternate to the big box stores or online shopping.

Back in 2007 they sold me a Tanaka Grass Trimmer; Tanaka was going to be the brand that they were switching to from Huskavarna.
Cool. The grass trimmer works well, life is good.
Then, Tanaka went out of business. Tanaka parts are no longer availanble.
So it was with great trepidation that I brought my trimmer in there when it wouldn't start this Saturday morning.
They looked, warned me that it may come to a bad ending...
But took the trimmer in the back, changed the spark plug and all is well; Five dollars and change and I was out the door within ten minutes.
Now that's great service.
