(May 28, 2020, 2:51 pm)My computer was touch and go, sadly did not make it. Mike tried to save it but at that point there was nothing to do. He repaired it and basically gave me a new version of my computer for about a hundred under what a brand new computer would cost me. There were some interface issue after the repairs which he did follow up work on for free to get it into working order. The main assessment + repair took 4 days, with less than one extra to work out the interface issue.
Mike is no miracle worker but he knows what he is doing and will see to it that at least you are not left out in the wind.
Good repair time, moderate skill, reasonable pricing, well above average customer attendance.
