(May 1, 2023, 9:13 pm)Amazing place for kids!! Coaches John and Drew are so good with both my girls. They have learned so much, and more importantly they have so much fun that they are constantly begging for more days in the gym. I highly recommend this place!

(April 4, 2023, 12:36 am)In January 2023, I had an event for my youth cheerleaders. It was so much fun! They had age appropriate exercises so that all the girls could participate. The girls had a great time learning new things with the trainers!

(March 21, 2023, 6:21 pm)Highly recommend! Both my kids (6 & 8 yrs old) love the freestyle and tumbling. My 8yr son has some PT and coordination issues, so this is an excellent source to strengthen his core and work on his coordination. My daughter works on her gymnastics skills. For anyone wanting to practice gymnastic skills in a safe atmosphere, I would highly recommend them!
