  Fun, welcoming, and challenging RSB provides not only a great workout but a great atmosphere as well. Ann and Joanne bring it every day. They instruct, offer different exercises every class, and give guidance and support. RSB is awesome!

  Rock Steady Boxing Bucks County (RSBBC) has been an invaluable part of my (Van, "Iron Butterfly") life and my fight against PD since I connected with coaches/owners Joanne and Anne in 2017. This is a truly incredible program of exercise and "fighting back," into which Joanne and Anne creatively, and amazingly, incorporate something new in every session! Their constant encouragement as we work through each exercise and boxing routine is contagious, as we "boxers" likewise encourage and support each other, creating an atmosphere of comradery as valuable as the actual workout! I'm certain that my participation in RSBBC has helped me keep PD in check these past 5 years, and I have no doubt it will continue to do so. A huge thanks to Joanne, Anne and other volunteers for the countless hours you invest each week to help us "fight back!" Gooooooooo Rock Steady!!

  The coaches of Rock Steady Boxing Bucks County challenge us each day to be the best that we can be. Their commitment to our well being and providing a safe environment to "fight back" against PD fosters an atmosphere of connection and caring among the boxers and the coaches.

  RSB-Bucks County "Rocks".
  
  I joined RSB in 2017 after learning about it from a friend and I haven't stopped going since. In addition to several day time classes, they offer 2 evening classes per week that make it easier for me to attend since I work full time 25 miles away.
  
  The founders/coaches Anne and Joanne are knowledgeable regarding physical therapy for PD and they are very motivating! I like the intensity and mix of boxing and agility drills that they routinely dream up.
  
  I feel better when I exercise at this level and my strength, stamina and flexibility have improved while my PD progression has been more or less kept in-check.
  
  Fellow boxers are great folks- all with the same goal of beating back PD. It is nice to be able to share experiences we have in common and to learn from others.
  
  We have a good thing going at RSB and I will continue be a part of it.

  Rock Steady Boxing is a fantastic program for people with PD. The Bucks County program is wonderful. Our Physical Therapist trainers, Anne and Joanne, are fantastic. They make the exercises fun and diverse. The people who attend the Bucks County group have become like family. If you have PD, this is the place to go.
