  Great service from friendly quick telephone pick up on the first ring until leaving the premise. Just moved to East Hanover and badly in need of a haircut. 2 - 3 weeks overdue due to CoVid quarantine.
  
  Had noticed this established, off the beaten path location and decided to call them first after several poor to mediocre cuts at the well known chains.
  
  It’s hard to know my schedule in advance, and having a long to do list I called to see if an appointment was available within 15 - 30 minutes. The telephone receptionist put me on hold for a couple of minutes and told me that they would be able to see me in 15 minutes. I arrived right at the 15 minute mark and was greeted by the receptionist. I waited a couple of minutes and the hair dresser was ready.
  
  Friendly, professional and took the time to learn my preferences for the cut, and was able to give me the best cut I’ve had in years.
  
  Large, CLEAN, attractive space. Having a customer service oriented business myself, I observed top notch, real deal friendliness to create an enjoyable experience.
  
  I recommend this place because I’m confidant this satisfying visit is the norm and not a fluke.
  
  Another thing - I later found out I came on Men’s special day and the price was lower than that of those well known chains.
  
  I love finding and supporting local small businesses that depend on customer service, rather than advertising and image creating to survive.

  Rocco and his team (shout out to Samantha, Andrea, and Cassie) were all truly amazing to work with! Exceptional customer service. They did my wedding day hair and make up along with my bridal party's and it came out perfect. I highly recommend!!

  They have the most top of the line stylists, and the best colorists ever!! In particular Cassie!!! She did a complete color correction and I went from Fire Truck Red and Black to a beautiful multi dimensional chocolate brown and caramel balayage in one sitting!!! OMG...THE COMPLIMENTS I GOT! She is miracle worker!! I'll never go anywhere else again!! You can't beat their prices either!!

  Everyone at the salon is very warm and welcoming, including Rocco, and Cassie worked magic on my hair. She dyed (balayaged) my never-dyed hair from a medium/dark brown to a lighter caramel color, and cut it short. She sent me off with clear instructions on how to maintain my color, when to come back, etc. I left absolutely in love with the cut and color- I only wish I'd thought to come sooner! Would highly recommend!
