(August 22, 2023, 2:58 pm)i just stopped by out of the blue because a pair of frames i had bought online were busted and i have arthritis in my hands and couldn’t fix them myself. the front staff were so kind and pointed me to Ray. he was kind, and though i had never been there before, took a look at the frames and straightened them for me. he was knowledgeable and reassuring, i asked if they take new patients and luckily they do with my insurance. being willing to help a complete stranger and give them valuable information meant a lot to me and speaks on the care for people’s well being this shop has. would recommend and hope i can come back for my next eye check up!

(August 17, 2023, 9:17 am)The most comprehensive exam I’ve ever had. Dr. Robins found significant issues with my current lenses; I am confident the new script will have great results. All staff was friendly and helpful- they have systems of contact that keep anxiety low and assistance high (texting reception abilities). They didn’t push for expensive frames either!! MUST GO

The rest of the staff is awesome as well. I have been going there for years. I feel like family. Always an excellent experience!
