  Robert was such a pleasure to work with. He walked us through the whole home selling process and no question was too small or too big. He was always very attentive and made us feel like we were his only clients but we KNOW that wasn’t the case in the market we sold in! He led us in the best direction for marketing and correctly pricing our home so we’d end up with the best outcome.   My husband and I have nothing but good things to say about Robert. He helped us achieved the dream of buying a home for the first time. We are really thankful for finding such an amazing realtor. Robert is so professional and throughout. It took us about 5 months to find our home, and although we saw many houses, Robert was always patient and cheerful everytime we met; we always enjoyed his company very much. He is not about selling, but about helping his clients find what is best for them. He is a great adviser, and always made sure we understood the ups and downs of every house we visited. As newcomers to Westchester, we didn’t understand very well how everything worked around here, but Robert gave us so much relevant information which prepared us for homeownership in the county. He even connected us with a great lender and attorney, which ease the whole proccess greatly, since we were new to everything related to home buying.

  Robert was a great help in finding and landing my new home. He was extremely knowledgeable about not only the Larchmont market, but New Rochelle and Mamaroneck as well. And I wasn't the easiest client- we saw ~15-20 homes in a tough 2021 spring market. He helped me determine what I needed and liked in a home and honed my choices to a more manageable amount.
  
  We were well prepared to put four offers down, as we were confident in the value of the market, and ultimately were able to land the perfect home, needing no repairs, at under asking (unheard of in a historically tough market!). Thank you Robert!

  Robert was an incredible realtor to work with for our first home purchase. My wife and I fortuitously were paired with Robert through Zillow after visiting our first prospective home. Robert has wonderful enthusiasm for his work--he genuinely loves helping clients find their dream house. He was personable, incredibly responsive and always gave us advice that put our interests first. He helped us navigate an incredibly difficult housing market in Southern Westchester filled with many ups and downs over several months. He also had excellent recommendations regarding other professionals to help with the home buying process (e.g. real estate attorney). Ultimately, not only did Robert help us to find our dream house--we also became good friends along the way.

  My wife and I are extremely thankful to have had Robert as our realtor for our recent home purchase. Given it was our first home purchase, we had a lot to learn.
