  Rob’s enthusiasm and confidence in you to succeed really brings your experience to another level. The plan is easy to follow and you don’t feel like you are dieting at all, honestly you are just eating smarter. Once you have adapted to his custom plan you just watch the weight on that scale decrease but most importantly, your measurements decrease. A plan that allows wiggle room and doesn’t deny you the ability to enjoy yourself from time to time. 10 out of 10 experience for me. Thank you Rob!

  I would encourage anyone who is serious about weight loss to join this program. After years of struggling with weight loss, I finally found a program that works. It is a lifestyle change but it works with the help of Rob Nevins. He is always available for any questions or support. If I have a question I simply text him and he responds immediately. I can tell you that with my experience this has been the easiest means of weight loss. His app is incredibly easy to navigate and before you know it you will be losing weight. I highly recommend anybody who is struggling with weight loss to give it a try and I will go as far as saying I guarantee it will work for you.

  Did this program with my girlfriend ... it wasn't even like a diet. I expected the whole little portion this, little portion that, watch out for this and watch out for that ... Ha! I ate so darn much I still have no idea how I lost and didn't gain. You eat things you like and stick to a plan ... it's that simple. I wasn't in this for the weight loss thing as much as doing it with my girl as support ... but it blew my mind. We both lost weight and inches ... still don't know how, but then again I'm not Rob Nevins ... LOL!!! All I can say is that dude figured out how to make a diet not seem like a diet.

  The best part of the program to me, was that it's grocery store food. That meant I could always have something without buying supplements, or powder shakes. This program is made easy. I have a plan and there is no guess work. On the program I felt like I was finally eating for better health. The results I achieved made all the difference. No more guess work. I followed the plan and got consistent results. I loved working with Rob. He was always available for questions. I even texted him the menu of a restaurant I was going to go to, and he texted me back with his advice! I lost 130 pounds on the program! For those who struggled in the past like me, Rob's help was my solution. We measured progress in many ways, (inches, bodyfat, confidence in success). You've wasted time and money, hoping you could reach your goals, when you follow the plan, it works. I highly recommend Rob Nevins!

  My wife Lisa and I started Robs plan in 2020. We absolutely loved working with Rob! The plan is so easy to follow and works so well. We quickly began to feel better as we lost weight and inches. Our level of energy increased incredibly. We love the fact that you eat real food! Rob has been extremely supportive and is just a phone call away if needed. We highly recommend Rob’s plan.
