(September 29, 2021, 1:14 pm)Don't be deterred by surroundings. Old structure and crumbling asphalt around the shop. But the owner and his mechanic can do your basic job and State inspection without fuss, delay or attitude (from other shops which push back inspection for other higher paying work).
