I recently had a hair piece made (to cover the thinning hair on my crown) at Riviera Hair Replacement at 333 Jackson Ave in Syosset, NY. I high recommend everything ( and everyone!) about Riviera. Under the guidance of the very talented Jack McRobb, all the stylists and receptionists were courteous, accommodating , knowledgable and professional. Jack and Cathy, the hair stylist. took great care in listening to my concerns and my descriptions of the way I liked to style my hair. I was very pleased with the resulting hair piece they made and wearing it has helped restore my self confidence. In addition, when my ride home failed to appear before the closing of the shop because of traffic, the receptionist Lori, insisted on waiting outside with me, well past the closing time of the shop, until my ride appeared and I was safely on my way home. Lori's caring and personal demeanor, made me feel comfortable and lessened my anxiety, for which I was very grateful!.
Absolutely love Riviera! Jack, Kathy, and the receptionist are all so sweet and make you feel relaxed and at ease as soon as you walk in. Jack was so kind and really took his time with my appointment. He truly listened and picked out a wig that was exactly what I envisioned! It was great to be able to try wigs on and have that in-person service, especially when making a big investment. Kathy does such a beautiful job with washing and styling my wig - the beach waves / curls are so fun and exactly how I used to style my hair (but better!). I can't say enough wonderful things about Riviera. Highly recommend!!!

My mother came to Riviera for a wig (was mainly looking for a real hair wig). She was on a chemo that made her lose her hair. Jack has been amazing. My mom bought a 1/2&1/2 wig from Jack that they were special ordering and in that time of the order being placed my mothers chemo stopped working and they were going to try a new treatment (Stage 4 cancer) so we decided to cancel the order and Jack has been very accommodating. We have been so busy and have not been about to call with the CC# for the refund yet but over the phone Jack was VERY understanding and helpful. Thank you for a good experience while we were their Jack. You made a time in my mom's life that was a big hurtle to get over, very smooth and easy!
Also the company that they work with downstairs is great too! The lady Briana (I believe was her name) was very sweet, took her time with us and a huge help!
