(June 29, 2023, 8:42 pm)Although our mother was reluctant to leave her apartment to take up residency in assisted living, she is now very happy to call Riverview Estates “home”! At Riverview Estates the entire staff works together to create a welcoming, safe, caring, and friendly environment in a faith based community. The meals and activities have been outstanding and our mother is developing new friendships with her fellow residents.
We cannot thank everyone enough for what they have done and for what they continue to do for our mother and our entire family.

After going through a series of life changes in the past 18 months, including losing his spouse and being diagnosed with a progressive medical condition, Riverview took him in and made him feel at home. He knows he is being taken care of, he feels safe and is very much at peace, which is all we hoped for at this stage. On top of everything, the scenery is beautiful.

(December 27, 2022, 2:23 pm)I was recently visiting a resident. Unfortunately, I took a spill in the parking lot. The nurses and aides in the skilled nursing section took great care to patch me up. They were all unbelievable, especially Shay! True angels!

Being the new person at first took some adjusting especially because I'm a seasoned nurse and most of the staff have been here a long time, but with a new future comes new friends, and new co-workers whom I can depend upon for help, consistency, and great care. And now with new plans every day for renovations, upgrades, PCC, and the beds filling up brings respect and gratefulness for such a dignified and historic place to work.
