  As a resident of River's Edge, I just wanted to give a big shout out to our Maintenance Supervisor, Barry Wilson, who always goes above and beyond, even on his time off. On many occasions, while taking an evening walk, I see Barry stopping and picking up trash that's been left on the ground by the dumpsters or on the sidewalks. Tonight, on this 4th of July, I saw him cleaning trash that had been strewn in front of the dumpsters as well as picking up discarded items left on the side, despite there being plenty of room in the receptacle. His fastidiousness and work ethic should be commended. I've been here 5 years and it's refreshing to see someone go the extra mile and take a little more pride in the community. Sincerely, N.   Tatiana was so nice and welcoming. She informed me of all the benefits and opportunities that come with living here. I loved the tour of the complex and I am thankful to have had her help through this journey. 😊

  We moved in last summer and Tatiana was extremely helpful with every step. Since moving here, we've had pleasant experiences with our neighbors, the staff and Barry has always been nice and friendly when we see him in passing. We appreciate the quiet complex and friendly atmosphere.

  I love this apartment community. The management staff is very nice and maintenance is quick to respond. They also keep the grounds very nice. My neighbors are quiet, many are families, many people work from home. Everyone is respectful of each other. I've never had any trouble with finding a parking spot.
