(April 3, 2023, 2:00 pm)4 star review so far! Kylie was absolutely wonderful about answering any questions and concerns I had when it came to deciding if I should move here or not. I saw several negative reviews during my search for an apartment and instead of cancelling my appointment, I asked Kylie about them. I eventually decided to give it a go and I'm glad I did. I had a list of concerns upon moving in and everything was fixed/resolved/replaced within a month. The longest item was the new sliding door as they had to order it. All of the maintenance techs that came through were polite and professional. The fitness center, clubhouse, laundry facilities are all clean and well-maintained. It's nice having a pool, river walk, and access to the river, although it's still a bit cold to fully utilize them. The unit is quiet and it really feels more like condo living with the added benefits of being apartment managed. I've been here for almost 2 months and have been enjoying my new home. I will update this review a little later on once I have more time under my belt.
