  I purchased my Subaru at Riverhead Bay and it was a great experience. Ethan was my sales representative and he answered all of my many many questions and was a pleasure to deal with. I love my 2020 Forester which I purchased certified Pre-owned.

  We are onto our second car from this dealership. One reason is cus we had another baby and needed an upgrade but what made it a no brainer was the sweet upgrade deal. We got a brand new Ascent and our payments stayed the same.
  Anyway all of that is secondary to our awesome sales guy Kelly. He rocks. We had a blast with him and he was super professional and personable.
  Fast forward to last week I had to bring the car in because it was leaking oil. Like, a lot. They fixed it, NO CHARGE cus it was something wrong that never should have been. Sick. Then in passing, I mention that there's oil spots all over my driveway - they sent someone to clean it up! Super sweet guy he was there for a few hours in the heat getting rid of the oil.
  Class act all around.

  To whom it may concern: To be fair I’m honestly not into electric cars but I do enjoy a fast, fun family vehicle and a corvette for when I retire in the near future. I chose the Subaru (23) model Onyx Xt Turbo. It has the WRX engine and when the 25 is redesigned I hope Subaru adds even more horsepower to the already 260 to say 300 - with that after looking for a low key - aka not pushy and just friendly staff I chose Riverhead Bay Subaru to not only purchase my car but to service it as well. With that if I like the next gen Outback I will surely be trading mine in to Riverhead bay - my best in your vehicle choice..Al

  Absolutely amazing dealership. I had an issue that I thought would be a lot harder to resolve. The issue was more personal with a particular vehicle that I needed special help with. Not only did Daniel and the team help me with ease and professionalism, they also made the experience comforting. No hassle or going back and forth and no pushing into a vehicle or purchase. I would 100% recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Thank you to Daniel and the team 🙏.

  I loved the car buying experience at Riverhead Bay Subaru. My salesperson Tayler was amazing. No pressure to buy anything specific. Listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and made recommendations but never pushed me to the more expensive car or model. He was very patient with my bringing my little one along and she is a handful. The buying process itself was easy! And b at if all I'm loving my new car. This was a big upgrade for our family.
