Dr Rivera is a good dr. and more importantly (to me) is how I’m treated during my visit. Excellent bedside manner, doesn’t seem driven by the clock. Takes his time to explain and treats you like a real human being.
What a wonderful staff and a top notch Doctor. Always has a great smile and a great Doctor to explain what the issues that I'm having. At ease he has the answer I want to hear. I give this Dr.Arnold Rivera a 10 Star... Experience the Difference. One more thing he treats you like family not a number. The staff is pleasant.and friendly too.
I have been to a few urologists in the valley and found them all to not really take any personal interest in patients, just burn and churn. Dr Rivera was the most pleasant, knowledgeable doctor I have been to in a very long long time. He took care in my overall personal health instead of just focusing on my singular issue. He was also extremely nice and made me feel comfortable.
I have always had the best experiences with Dr.Rivera, Very knowledgeable. Had kidney stones 3x and he took care of it, His staff is really nice. Jen has always been pleasant to deal with.Dr.Rivera has a great personality and takes interest in his patients.I highly recommend him..You won't be disappointed.
