Communication was outstanding from the start. Josh spent a solid hour inspecting our roof and looking at the interior attic area. This is truly what stood out over other estimates we received. Pricing was fair and quality of work was exceptional. The crew adjusted well to changes in weather and had the job done in a timely manner. Stephanie was great at setting up the estimate appointment, dropping off color samples, and being an awesome resource. We will be recommending River Valley Roofing to all friends and family! (May 29, 2023, 5:15 pm)We’ve had our new black roof courtesy of River Valley Roofers for almost a year and it makes me smile every time we pull up to our house! We were on vacation when Josh and crew did the install and came back to absolute perfection. We’ve had zero issues with it since which is kind of a bummer because Josh is such a wonderful human to talk to!
He explained every aspect of this gigantic job to us from start to finish and couldn’t have been any more communicative or courteous through it all. If I could safely sing his praises from my very tall and dangerous roof and give this man, his company and his crew 10 stars, I would! -
