  Very smooth process! Rich was responsive in setting up a day/time to schedule the move and called when they were running just a few minutes late (an earlier job ran long). Movers were friendly & quick, and there was no damage to the piano or bench during the process. Pricing was fair and they were upfront in communicating cost beforehand. Would definitely recommend!

  River Valley Piano is so professional and easy to work with. They communicate and ensure all details are accurate. They moved 2 baby grand's for us and we were very impressed with their professional service.

  Rich is the best. I've used NUMEROUS piano movers in the past, work as a full-time professional piano tuner/technician, and can honestly say there is no one I trust MORE to move my or my customers' pianos.
  
  He is meticulous in moving because he understands and has worked with pianos for years. His knowledge in pianocraft extends far beyond moving.

  River Valley Piano Services was there to help. I hired a moving service to move my piano. I did not realize that I thought I hired a piano moving company, but I had actually hired furniture movers.
