The short review is a million stars wouldn't be enough. The longer one would be I walked in basically a babbling sack of flesh, and finished treatment a coherent balanced human being.
I had been in a serious car accident and suffered a concussion. My balance was off I had severe PSTD, and issues with my eyes.
The receptionist Lily's greetings couldn't have been more welcoming every time I came in. She was genuinely concerned for how I was doing.
Angie took the time to really hear my issues and the support she and the rest of the staff gave me really made the difference in my success and was incredible.
Angie stayed with me throughout, she even helped me with my eye therapy.
My successes were celebrated, and on day's that I felt I just couldn't cope she willingly gave me the emotional as well as the physical support I needed.
They are like family.
I have recommended them to family which they helped also.
I have and I would recommend them to everyone who needs physical therapy.
They are the best in my opinion, and I've endured a lot of therapy.
Totally impressed! I chose this center because they were on my insurance list and I can only say what a positive experience this was for me. Such nice friendly people that made me feel entirely comfortable, coming for someone who has never had physical therapy before and did not know what to expect. Angela was so kind, informative and knowledgeable. We should always have this feeling when entering a business for the very first time. I would most highly recommend River Rock for your physical therapy needs.

Can't say enough good things about River Rock. I went there to rehab my knee...after three surgeries I was unsure if I'd ever be able to ski again. Angie put me on a regimen of focused exercises, both in studio and at home/gym, specifically designed to strengthen the proper muscles to support my knee, increasing the weight and reps as the legs got stronger. Michelle's expertise in release techniques also loosened the right bands to alleviate tension and stress in the problem area. Two months later I was able to ski as aggressively as I ever had, and I can't recall my legs ever having felt stronger. Just an enormous difference. River Rock is a team of rock stars and I would recommend them to anyone.
Angela and Michelle are both highly skilled physical therapists! They were able to treat my pain and make it disappear. Angela used her knowledge to build up strength in my knee using a variety of techniques and knew exactly when to progress my treatments forward. Michelle utilized her skills in manual therapy to release my pain as well. I highly recommend River rock physical therapy!!
