  Greg @ River East took genuine care, time, and attention when finding me new rates (and even BETTER coverage than what I had, previously.) All while saving me nearly 30% versus what I had been paying with my direct carrier! Having worked at an independent agency in my younger years, I can see that Greg and Dan have the ideal setup for meeting the needs of just about everyone's insurance scenario. "Service" is a term often overlooked these days... Unfortunately, people tend to go for whatever is quick to meet their needs. However, "quick" fixes are never a long-term solution. You wind up paying for it in the long run. River East Insurance is NOT one of these "quick fix" shops (but they certainly are VERY prompt with communication and results). With a multitude of carriers in their proverbial wheelhouse, this enables them to find proper placement for one's insurance requirements, as they did with mine. Look no further if you are in search of an independent agency who can offer you coverage and peace of mind through a litany of providers, competitive rates, and most importantly: the personal service touch that is abundantly lacking in this world today. In short: River East Insurance has you covered.

  I’ve been working with Greg at River East Insurance to have him take over my commercial policy from my original agent who wasn’t local to my area.
  
  Greg has been very responsive and attentive to my needs and even compared my current policy to other carriers to make sure I was not only getting the best price but the best bang for my buck with my current premiums.
  Best part is that I didn’t have to sit on hold like I used to with my old agent. Everything was handled timely and efficiently. Greg knew that my time is valuable as a small business and was able to get the job done like he said he would.
