  It was a wonderful experience. All the staff were very nice, very efficient, very competent, and very caring. The surgeon was excellent as was the anaesthesiologist. The one drawback was the access to the centre —would seem to be very guarded and protected. Maybe that is to protect the patients from any intruders .

  Going in for cataract surgery is a little unnerving. When I arrived at Tiver Drive I had no idea what to expect. I must say that the entire process was flawless. Step by step I went from registration to prep to the actual surgical procedure easily. There is a very professional feel during the whole experience. Staff made me feel they were competent and professional. I highly recommend using this surgical center.

  Second time visiting the surgery center to have a second cataract removed. Dr. Patel would again be my first choice for the surgery. She is a wonderful doctor. She called me herself later that day to see if everything was okay. The surgery center itself is well run, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly and let you know exactly what is going to happen. If I had three eyes I would go there again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Your staff was professional not so much personable. I felt as if I was on an assembly line of lets just keep it moving, next, next. My first visit was wonderful. My second visit, not as much. My physician as good as he may be, not personable. For me having a good relationship with him or her is important. I felt he was cold. Like I was not there, said enough to inform, then he’s gone. First impressions are important, I was not.

  I and my husband both had surgery at your facility and did not really know what to expect but were pleasantly surprised. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, and quick. There were no delays, even though we saw that you were very busy with patients. We never felt any pain and surgeries for both eyes went extremely well. I would recommend your facility very highly to anyone I come in contact with.
