(January 22, 2023, 9:29 pm)I love this pharmacy, pharmacist and technicians as well as the other girls that work in the pharmacy. I have been using this Rite Aid for the last 8 years because I moved 8 years ago but I have been using Rite Aid Pharmacy for the past 30 years and for the most part I get treated well and this one I've been using since I moved on Warwick Rd in Stratford has always gone above and beyond the way they have always treated me here. If I have a question or ask about something there is never a problem they are always so nice and polite and that goes a long way with me because I have worked with customer service so I know it's hard to make everyone happy even when you try to kill them with kindness and since I have been using this Rite Aid Pharmacy they are always nice and it doesn't matter how busy they are they all act like I'm the only customer in there store and they all deserve to be told what a great job they are all doing and they are all doing it with a smile so please let them all know how much I appreciate them and people are the first one to let you know that someone did something wrong but I love to take the time out to ask you to tell them that they are doing everything right and I always appreciate their kindness with a smile. Thank you

Do NOT love that Rite Aid no longer has instant discounts with its price rewards card. I will have to shop elsewhere now and just use the pharmacy here as they are the best! -
