(July 3, 2023, 9:33 pm)I have had such a pleasant experience every single time I’ve been at this riteaid. I have been helped by a supervisor. At least I think he’s a supervisor as he acts very professional and is extremely helpful kind and you can tell he cares about his job and the work he does. Name is coran .. (I don’t know if I’m spelling incorrectly) I have a disability, so being treated with respect and fairness, is very important to me, and it does not go unnoticed. The store is always clean and organized. I also was helped by a very sweet young lady, her name. Daveeda (I also don’t know if I’m spelling it correctly.) but she was very professional in between taking people while there was somebody still at the register I could tell she was putting things away and straightening up. Etc etc.. you could tell she was a hard worker and took the job very seriously at the same time had a very pleasant n friendly personality this is my home riteaid I only live five minutes away from another convenience store however because of the customer service and respect that I received at this specific riteaid, I come here and have been coming here for 6+ years.I think (Jeff) is newer to this riteaid team but he was also very polite and helpful.. he originally picked up the phone when I called earlier and was very patient with me when trying to find a specific item that I was looking for.. little things like this go a long way, and again do not go unnoticed..
