  I love shopping at my local Rite Aide store. Everyone who works there is extremely helpful and friendly.

  Here is my experience 11/13 3.30pm
  
  My wife had surgery, discharged 11/13 and needed her pain meds. Orders went to a different Rite Aide Pharmacy but when I got there they were closed. Called the hospital who cancelled and sent order to this Rite Aide. I walk in ask for the order and was told by person A that it will take 30 mins.
  
  Went out came back in after 30 mins. While walking in Person A is walking out of the store in what seems like an end of shift.
  
  Now I meet Person B who then tells me they are short staff and I will have to wait another 30 mins. I begin to shake my head only to be told "yeah you shaking your head but there is nothing I can do"
  
  As customers we do not go to a store to pay our money to hear this garbage. I was respectful and don't need any extra drama. In as much as I was upset all that was need was an apology and that Person B would do everything to get the order filled.
  
  I give 5 stars because I have been in organizations where staffing is challenging. However, please use this to do some weeding out or training of staff so they don't approach your valued customers in such a manner.
  
  Additionally when I came back Person B was very pleasant which means they are quite capable of doing so.
