After a few minutes into the session I felt my body entered a deep state of relaxation. I felt centered, and my mind was at peace.
Becky explained that the vibration of tuning forks can help balance our nervous systems and help manage stress and other challenges in our lives.
Our cells produce and release nitric oxide. When tuning forks are placed on bone or connective tissue, they resonate throughout the whole body, causing the cells to release nitric oxide, which sends a signal to our cells to relax

(January 22, 2022, 8:16 am)Yesterday I spent a glorious afternoon at Rise Sound & Energy therapy! From the moment we walked in we were welcomed with a warm smile and a cozy space!! While my friend had her session I relaxed with a cup of tea, a blanket and a good book. When do we ever get to just cozy up with a book. Then on to my session while my friend got to revel in a book as well. The tuning forks sounded angelic and I could feel the energy course through my entire body from head to toe. Becky provided us with her insightful thoughts on how we could improve and keep our chakras open. We left our sessions relaxed and at peace!!
