Then walking in and getting help from Kyle and Matt, both were very knowledgeable about their product and knew what to suggest when needed. Kyle continued to assist us in choosing the right product for our needs and stayed with us until the end. Liz checked us out and continued the amazing customer service by providing a pleasant demeanor and great conversation while we got everything paid for. Definitely a 10/10 experience. Great job team.

(July 18, 2023, 7:30 pm)I’m very pleased to have took the time to drive the extra miles to Rise dispensary on Aramingo Avenue, since I initially drove to another dispensary (which I won’t name, since I’m in the industry.) but unfortunately I wasn’t called or informed that my order wasn’t filled and ran out just before I got there. So I called Rise and spoke to them about ordering the same item that I wasn’t able to get from the first dispensary. Not only were they excited and pleased to help me, but they even went the extra mile and price matched my order from the first dispensary that was out. It’s nice to see a team like Rise not only appreciate their patients, but also appreciate the medicine side of cannabis. :)
