I trained with Bill for a little over 2 years. He is dedicated and motivated to help you reach your goals. With Bill's assistance I've been able to shed weight,feel better overall. More importantly I have underlying health issues and with training I've been able to keep the health issues at a stable level. You have to work hard and be committed to train. It takes time but worth it. Thanks friend r your help and assistance.

Bill is the best personal trainer! He is motivating and very easy to talk to. Bill is very knowledgeable about fitness, muscles, weight loss and will work with you to reach your goals. Everyone in my family has trained with Bill and has had excellent results! He has helped us with healthy eating and menus - even what to order when going out to dinner. An all around great trainer and guy and I can't recommend him enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and motivational when it comes to personal training, physical fitness, nutrition, and tailoring a program to meet your individual needs. Bill also maintains all of his annual certifications. I would highly recommend Bill to be your personal trainer.
