Rob was such a pleasure to deal with in the process and was very accommodating and patient with me as I changed some details of the order multiple times. I had a large order with lots of customizations and everything arrived exactly how I asked. Rob also delivered right on time within the estimated time frame that was expected. Superior quality and one hell of a businessman. I will definitely be a return customer through the years as ridgeway offers more than just fire service leather goods. Keep up the good work ridgeway, I'm pumped and proud of my leather!

This high quality leather radio strap is on the heavier side but the build quality is second to none. The stitching and leather work is flawless. If you order a radio strap from them you will not be disappointed. I will surely be recommending this product to anyone in the market for a new strap.

(December 18, 2021, 11:31 am)On the recommendation of a Lt of mine I ordered a few things. Radio strap, glove strap and quick release for my mask.
Additionally we ordered a hose strap for our engine and the entire experience was phenomenal. Talking with the owner was easy, tweaks after submission were easy and the quality is beyond measure. You can really see the quality that goes into each piece. From the stitching, brass riveting and custom lettering and paint.
Worth every penny and then some! -

(September 8, 2021, 7:34 am)I ordered a radio strap for my boyfriend. The quality of leather is amazing. The detail work is perfect and the colors are bright. I really love that there was an option to have a personalized message put on the inside of the strap.
Incredibly happy with this finished product and can't wait to give it to my boyfriend. -

It was a Birthday gift from his brother who is in the US NAVY and out of state.The craftsmanship and quality is superb. Customer service was remarkable when contacted on the delivery time. Very polite and was extremely helpful when they were contacted by my son who is in another state where he is stationed. Thank you all for your outstanding quality of work and service.
