Regina was an amazing physical therapist. I had her for 8 sessions and my back pain went away. She was very thorough with her approach and made the process seamless and comfortable.
I went to Ridge Physical Therapy for my lower back / sciatic pain. Regina and Chris were amazing! The personal attention received was over and beyond ! They both really pay attention to the needs of the patient. I looked forward to my session each and every time!

Came in with a herniated disc problem from lifting that I couldn't get rid of for two months - Regina had the symptoms gone after 5 appointments and set me up with home exercises, no stringing along. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, highly recommend!
Regina was fantastic taking care of my daughter who had a wrist injury from hockey. Flexible and quick to get her an appointment. She gave her exercises to stretch and strengthen the surrounding muscles. Definitely knew what was needed to get my daughter back on track. I would definitely recommend.
