  Great service, fair price, really nice people. I needed a new water pump to power my irrigation system, Brett came out promptly and explained my options, gave me an exact quote, then was flexible with his schedule to get the job done sooner. The installer, Chris, came the next day and did a professional job, neat work, cleaned up afterwards.

  Rick's Pump and Water Service demonstrated every quality important to a 5-star review. We were experiencing complicated water/pump/well issues. Brett and his staff were knowlegable, professional, fair, and timely. They explained issues and necessary procedures which answered all of my questions. I would describe them as thoroughly capable and trustworthy to anyone seeking service in this arena.

  My radon bubble up system suddenly stopped working and I reached out to Rick's Pump and Water Service as the company I was using for service is no longer in business. Laura answered the phone right away, she was courtesy and kind and went out of her way to send someone out later that day. Brett's (the owner) sons arrived, diagnosed the issue and ordered the parts I needed ASAP. Brett himself showed up shortly to repair, he is a great guy, knowledgeable and a true master of his profession. The entire company and family is professional and knowledge and I am glad to have found them for my home's water system and will be recommending them to my neighbors here in North Stamford as well. In a world where great customer service is hard to find, Rick's Pump and Water Service delivers.

  A Review from another local business (Andersons Septic Service), that uses Ricks. Brett and the team at Ricks have repeatedly gone above and beyond for our customers. They answer every call immediately and have treated our lifelong customers like their own. We have called Ricks countless times the last few months for repairs/ replacements on sewer pumps and they have provided the fastest and most affordable service at a reasonable time. Brett always does whats best for the customer and their pump system. We will continue to refer Ricks, as they represent our business and their own as the best!
