I ended up contacting Mr. Duran and I must give credit where credit is due. He listened to my concerns and personally resolved the issue. That goes a long way with me. Thank you

Kimberly C efficiently and thoroughly answered my some of inquiries early this morning eventhough I had not decided to leave my current insurance company. She said she'd call me at 4pm per my request. I decided to call her. It was a DIRECT call...not 800 anything. She continued to answer my questions for 1hr, 1m, and 24seconds!!! The transition was smooth, friendly and transparent!! I felt like I was talking to "Jake!" LOL! I truly hope this continues just as it started so I can stay a happy camper.

(April 27, 2023, 2:17 pm)So far my experience has been great! i was looking for new policy and state farm was the ONLY company to reach out via text with a quote. I did shop around and Statefarm had the best rate and was most responsive. Esperanza Hernandez was the agent in touch with me and she was fantastic. If it wasnt for her i would still be lost and shopping around. I was with my old insurance company for almost 20 years and switched due to their price increases and lack of empathy. I hope this is the beginning of a much better relationship.
