  We are extremely pleased to review and recommend Rich’s Rugs. Rich and his coworker did an outstanding job re-carpeting our family room. He was always available to answer questions and quick to respond to inquiries. Rich was very patient explaining all of the carpet options, taking the time to address our concerns and showing us numerous options. During the installation Rich and his coworker worked extremely hard and ensured the job was done correctly without rushing or cutting any corners. They truly went above and beyond, and the end result shows - we are loving our new carpet!

  Rich was recommended to us by a friend who has been helping along the way with our house remodel. From the moment you meet Rich, you are informed of everything that will take place. Rich will tell you the good, bad, and the ugly. Rich is a straight up guy. Any question you have, he can answer for you. He gives you his recommendations not to try to change your mind, but to help you in your decision process. My mother designed our steps with the risers matching our entire flooring and with carpet on the steps. Rich had never done that before and he not only made it look amazing, but he and his team KILLED the job! Rich told us the job would take 3 days. Everyday he was in here he told me his exact game plan each and every day. He walks you through the process of how he is gonna execute the job. He and his team are amazing people and the nicest guys to work for. You don’t find personable people who are not only doing the job, but make sure you are 100% satisfied with the job before they leave each and everyday. Thank you so much to Rich, Eli, and David for your hard work to make my home have beautiful flooring! 100% recommend Rich!!!! Truly amazing!

  Rich is very friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He came to do an estimate for my entire upstairs . Showed us several different types of carpeting but told us his recommendation. We went with his recommendation and are not disappointed at all! You get what you pay for and we got the best! He told us we’d have some seems because of the lengths of the room but you’d never be able to tell! The carpet is pulled tight and tucked perfectly! Rich came just two days later to install, no issues, by the time we got home from work everything looked perfect! He even used the extra pieces to carpet 2 extra closets ! I love the new rugs and was happy to support a local business owner! I highly recommend Rich and we’ll definitely be using him again if we have any other future flooring needs! Thank you Rich!!
