  My grandfather just discharged yesterday from the rehab here at Richboro after a 2 week stay. He’s had an eventful year, but mentioned to me that this was the best rehab facility he has stayed in thus far.
  
  I came to see him several times a week. I was impressed by the security (such as frequent code-changes on all exits), the event offerings (bingo, trivia, movie nights), being able to take him out on the back patio, the spacious rooms, and extremely friendly staff. I agree with my grandfather’s statement — this one has been the best.
  
  I asked him how many stars he would give and he said 4, but I think that last missing star was just because he was in rehab and couldn’t figure out how to watch the Phillies lol. He very much enjoyed the PT (a hour each time + more often than I had anticipated), said the food was good, and had pleasant exchanges with the other staff. The grounds are also lovely and it really boosted his spirits when I got to take him outside and push him around in his wheelchair, enjoying the flowers and the sunshine.

  My Aunt is here at Richboro and distance prevents family from seeing her regularly. Any concern or question has been immediately responded to and taken care of. Facility is clean, food is very good and there are many activities for the residents to participate in. Having family in a care facility is extremely difficult and Kelly has made such a difference in making us feel comfortable with my Aunt’s care.

  My mother in law has been here for approximately 1-1/2 years and we continue to be pleased with the care she receives. The staff is friendly, caring, and kind. A special shout out to Kelly K for always being there for us!

  My dad has been in this facility since January 2023. He is approaching 90yrs old and has been in and out of facilities at least 6 times. This is by far the best experience my family has had. The staff is very very caring/ conscientious and extremely attentive to my dad's needs. I highly recommend this facility.
