I've been searching for a new family Dr after mine left the practice. I see Dr Ott and she is AMAZING!!! She is compassionate. She will respond to you via the portal too!!
Very nice and friendly staff. They are always very helpful along with calling me back with answers to questions in a very timely matter. I see Dr. Cohen and he has been great! He is very tentative and cares about his patients. He always remembers our previous appointment and what we discussed, and is Highly recommended!
Today was my first appt with this practice. It was easy to make an appt, all of the admin team were super friendly and helpful! They saw me on time, the medical assistant was very nice too! I saw Dr. Ott, she was fantastic!! She took the time to answer all of my questions and to get to know me. I did not feel rushed, Dr. Ott was very personable and professional. I was in for a routine physical, I was due for a shot and bloodwork which they did on the spot, super convienent! It is so nice to find a new family doctor since I moved, I was referred by my in-laws. I am looking forward to a long relationship with Dr.Ott!
Dr. Cohen is an incredible doctor! It's so hard to find a really great doctor these days. He really goes out of his way to listen to what you have to say. My wife and I feel very lucky to have found him. Plus his staff are friendly, helpful and just overall wonderful!!
